Extreme heat waves have swept across regions worldwide this year, bringing sweltering working conditions to stone processing factories, where stone cutting and polishing equipment continuously generate extra radiant heat.

To safeguard employees' health and avoid heatstroke risks, our factory has rolled out a full set of heat reduction and heatstroke prevention measures. Multiple industrial cooling facilities including large industrial exhaust fans, water mist cooling systems and air-conditioned rest lounges have been installed across production workshops to lower indoor temperatures.

Besides environmental upgrades, factories fully stock heatstroke prevention first-aid supplies for all frontline workers. Essential cooling medicines such as cooling oil, oral rehydration salts and herbal heat-clearing drinks are placed at accessible spots on every production line, free for staff to use at any time.

Management also adjusts working schedules appropriately during peak heat hours, arranging more frequent short breaks to help workers recover and stay hydrated, balancing production efficiency with employee occupational health safety.
